Vestido de novia economico en sposamore, alguna ha comprado

Hola Loriekun, me interesa bastante tu comentario. Yo compré también en Soposamore y un desastare total. Lo recibí hace dos dias y no se parece en nada al de la web y lo que tú dices, la calidad es pésima. Contacté con ellos el mismo día decrevibirlo y Por supuesto no aceptan la devolución. Tú finalmente los denunciaste? Yo quiero hacerlo pero desconozco el procedimiento a seguir. Podrías ayudarme ? 

 Os voy a contar mi experiencia con sposamore por si le sirve a alguien.
  Yo me caso en el próximo mes de septiembre y, no quería gastarme mucho en el vestido porque no me lo puedo permitir.
  Estuve buscando por internet y, vi muchas páginas con vestidos low cost, que no me hacían mucha gracia. Hasta que dí con Sposamore; vi que tenían unos vestidos muy bonitos, aseguraban que los vestidos los hacían en Italia y las opiniones eran la mayoría muy buenas, así que después de pensármelo y, de escribirles preguntándoles varias cosas, me decidí a pedir uno que me había gustado mucho.

 Me ha llegado casi dos meses después y, cuál ha sido mi sorpresa cuando veo que el paquete no viene de Italia, si no de China, lo cuál no me ha gustado nada ya que sólo por eso, me siento estafada y, ya dice mucho de ellos.
 El vestido a simple vista no está mal hecho; el mío no está mal cosido y, se parece al de la web pero es de muy baja calidad, no pesa absolutamente nada cuando los vestidos de novia de calidad tienen un peso considerable, la cola que trae es muy muy cortita y, por delante me queda un poco corto, ya que soy alta (y eso que lo pedí a medida).

 El vestido no me convence para la boda así que después de haberme gastado 322 euros, he tenido que comprar otro de buena calidad de temporada pasada por 600.

Yo no recomiendo a nadie comprar en ésta página. Quizás para un vestido de fiesta sí puede servir pero un vestido de novia tiene que tener algo más de calidad que lo que venden en ésta web y, que nadie se engañe, repito que los vestidos vienen de china y los hacen los mismos que los de Aliexpress.

Yo lo compré en para mi boda que fue en Julio de 2017, en la página , aluciné con los precios económicos y pensé que la calidad no sería muy buena, y cuando llegó me quedé muy sorprendida, alta calidad y precioso, tardan aprox 1 mes en llegar eso sí. Échale un vistazo, no pierdes nada.

Før jeg købte mine varer spurgte jeg Sposamore, hvis de virkelig blev designet og produceret i Italien. Simona fra Sposamore bekræftede, at produkterne blev designet og produceret i Italien og der, for jeg antog, at produktet vil blive produceret og kommer fra indersiden af ​​EU. Dette ville også have undgået moms og moms, hvis der kommer fra uden for EU. 

Min ordre kom fra Kina HONG KONG af DHL ikke ITALIEN.

Så en stor rip på grund af løgnene og vildledende oplysninger fra Sposamore Simona.     

Efter at have fået Simona Flere mails Uden where.I Indgået fra alle de e-mails og dokumentation, som jeg har i hånden:

-at virksomheden er kinesisk og sandsynligvis kopiens internationale produkter og fragte dem fra Kina.  
-Der er intet italiensk om dem, kun hjemmesiden og PO Box adresse i Italien. 
-Den engelske i e-mails er tydeligt af kinesisk person ved hjælp af Google translate og ikke er familier med de grundlæggende europæiske sprog. 
- DHL-dokumentet viser tydeligt, at varens oprindelse er HONG KONG, og styrker herefter mit argument om Sposamores oprindelse.
- Der er ingen grund til at sende varer fra Italien til Kina og tilbage til EU med undskyldning for, at fragtet bliver billigere. Tvær!@#*!d. Afsendelse fra EU til Kina vil medføre transportomkostninger fra Italien til Kina og fra Kina til EU. Hertil kommer, at Kina pålægger alle indgående varer told og moms ved ankomsten til Kina. Så de såkaldte besparelser ved at sende fra Kina som Sposamore hævder, er grunden til at sende fra Kina til EU, giver ingen mening. For ikke at nævne, at alle produkter, der kommer til EU, er underlagt moms og told. Så grunden til at sende fra Italien til Kina og tilbage siger sig selv, er ikke rentabel for nogen parter og giver ingen sund fornuft. 

I dag fik jeg en trussel i en email fra Sposamore for at fjerne min anmeldelse eller der ellers vil de sove. Kopien fra emailen er nedenfor:

Klar og enkel. Køb ikke noget fra Sposamore, medmindre du vil have en kinesisk produceret knockoffs og betale moms på moms på din ordre. Også stol ikke på, hvad de siger som jeg har lært den hårde måde. Intet der kommer ud af Sposamore er sandt.

Yderligere chokerende sandhed om Sposamore måde at udnytte kunder der:  

Vedrørende min ordre: Det blev sendt tilbage til Adresse leveret af DHL Bao'an District Hvilket er, Shenzhen, Kina, der er placeret byen nord for Hong Kong. For øjeblikket ser det ud til, at jeg tabte 511 Euro på grund af trick / smuthul, som Sposamore bruger og udnytter. nogle hvordan.

Der er mere alarmerende afsnit i Vilkår og betingelser, der gør sposamore ugunstig for køberen fra for en kunde, og de vil få deres vej hver gang der gøres nogen klage eller tilbagesendelse ikke mulig. 

Det ser ud som om Sposamore sætter falske anmeldelser rundt på nettet. Jeg vil ikke blive overrasket, hvis der er mange flere falske anmeldelser lavet af sposamore. Bemærk hvordan de er skrevet, og du vil genkende et mønster, der er klart for en person, der styrer alle europæiske sprog.

OPDATERING 04-25-2018: Jeg har lige bemærket en ny email på italiensk fra Papace Mauro. De 24 timer jeg måtte fjerne min anmeldelse fra Trustpilot skyldes. Jeg vil derfor blive opkrævet af Sposamore advokat i mit område de kommende dage. Disse trusler viser igen sandheden om Sposamore gør ikke nogen professionel og god forretningspraksis, men handler med kunder med trusler.

OPDATERING 04-26-2018:
Jeg har undersøgt den virkelige årsag bag Paypal sidespor med sposamore ved at kalde Paypal. 

Paypal beskyttelse vil aldrig finde anvendelse, hvis ordren er markeret som brugerdefineret på nogen måde "alle Sposamore ordrer vil blive markedsdefinerede som standard". 
Jeg har præsenteret Paypal Med vildledende oplysninger "DHL e-mails og dokumenter", Simona Viser fra Sposamore bekræftelse produkterne vil blive designet, produceret og afsendt fra Italien og DHL dokument, der viser rækkefølgen kommer fra Hong Kong og gå tilbage til Hong Kong. Men der er ikke noget, der kan gøres på paypal side.
 
Så jeg konkluderede, da alle Sposamore designs altid vil blive markeret som "brugerdefinerede", vil en klage aldrig blive til fordel for en kunde. Altid til fordel for Sposamore. Selvom man kan bevise og dokumentere, at Sposamore har været vildledende og lyver for en kunde.

The product(s) are from Hong Kong, Not from Italy and the company is Chinese

Really bad customer service with English that is clearly written by person that have roots in China due to the spelling mistakes.  

The contact person Simona lied to me from the start.

Before buying my items, I asked Sposamore if they were really designed and produced in Italy. Simona from Sposamore confirmed that products are designed and produced in Italy and There for i assumed the product will be produced and will b coming from inside of EU. This would have also avoid vat and  tax not if as there were coming from outside of EU. 

My order came from China HONG KONG by DHL not ITALY. 

There is nothing mention that the product will be produced and shipped from China.  NOT what i was promised and ordered. 

I confronted Simona and told her that was not ok and i will not want this product. Due to the the item being Chinese and Coming from outside the EU and not as promised from Italy. I was asked by DHL to pay tax and import charges making the total on this Chinese product as expensive as the items in my local shop. So a big rip off due to the lies and misleading information from Sposamore Simona.     

After several mails with Simona getting no where.I concluded from all the emails and Documentation that i have in hand:

-That the company is Chinese and  probably copy's international products and is shipping them from china.  
-There is nothing Italian about them, only the website and the  PO BOX Address in Italy. 
-The english in the emails is clearly by Chinese person using Google translate and not being familier with the basics of the European languages. 
- The DHL document clearly shows the origin of the item is HONG KONG, therefore reinforces my argument about Sposamore's origin.
- There is no reason to send items from Italy to China and back to EU with an excuse that the shipping will be cheaper. On the contrary. Sending from EU to China will cause transport costs from Italy to China and from China to EU. In addition, China will put on all incoming products customs and VAT on arrival to China. So the so-called savings by sending from China as Sposamore claims is the reason for sending from China TO EU makes no sense. Not to mention that all products coming to the EU are subject to VAT and customs duties. So reason for sending from Italy to China and back says itself is not profitable for any parties and make no common sense. 

Today i got a threat in an email from Sposamore to remove my review  or there will otherwise they will sue me.  The copy from the email is below:

We will file a complaint about you and ask you for compensation of 10,000 euros when you publicly accuse the name of our company saying that our company is not Italian

spent 24 hours and the reviews will not be canceled, our lawyers with legal office in Denmark will start with the complaint for defamation of Sposamore brand

Clear and simple. Do not buy a thing from Sposamore  unless you want a Chinese produced knockoffs and pay tax an VAT on your order.  Also do not trust what they say as i have learned the hard way. Nothing that comes out of Sposamore is true.

Additional shocking truth about Sposamore's way of exploiting there customers:  

Regarding my order: It was sent back to Adresse supplied by DHL which is Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China Which is placed north of Hong Kong city. For now it seems that i lost 511 Euro,  due to  trick/loophole that Sposamore use and exploit. some how.  

I am in contact with Paypal to understand what happened since i can't get my money back. On the Sposamore web it states in the main page with big letters  "Protected and refunded" how ever it seems that this is nothing that they enforce.  It is just selling gimmick.  

Under : Terms and Conditions of use - Return Policy Sposamore state:
If you arent satisfied with your purchase: You may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation.

The above statement about return policy make sposamore Return Policy weak if not existing to the customer. There are more alarming paragraphs in Terms and Conditions that make sposamore unfavorable to buyer from for a customer and they will have their way every time making any complaint or return not possible. 

It looks like Sposamore is putting fake reviews around the net. I will not be surprised if there are many more fake reviews created by sposamore. Notice how they are written, and you will recognize a pattern that is clear to a person mastering any European languages.

UPDATE 25-04-2018:  I just noticed a new email in Italian from Papace Mauro stating. The 24 hours i had to remove my review from Trustpilot is due. I Will therefor be charged by Sposamore lawyer in my area the coming days. These threats again show the truth about Sposamore do not do any professional and good business practice, but deals with customers with threats.

UPDATE 26-04-2018:
I have investigated the real reason behind Paypal siding with sposamore by calling Paypal. 

Paypal protection will never apply, if the order is marked as custom in any way "all Sposamore orders will be markt custom as default ". 
I have presented Paypal with the misleading information "emails and DHL documents", Showing Simona from Sposamore confirming the products will be designed, produced and shipped from Italy and the DHL document showing the order coming from Hong Kong and going back to Hong Kong. But theres nothing that can be done at paypal side.
 
So i concluded as all Sposamore designs will be always marked as "custom", a complaint will never ever turn in favor of a customer. Always in favor of Sposamore.  Even if one can prove and document that Sposamore have been misleading and lying to a customer.


The facts are clear: BE AWARE OF BUYING FROM SPOSAMORE.
